Shipping
What are your shipping times?
Standard shipping takes 7–15 business days within the United States. Express shipping takes 5–8 business days. We ship from US-based warehouses for reliable delivery.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free standard shipping on all orders over $49. Orders under $49 ship for a flat rate of $4.99.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is coming soon.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with your purchase, contact us at support@lullpaw.com for a full refund.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us at support@lullpaw.com with photos within 7 days. We’ll send a free replacement — no need to return the damaged item.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return or approve a replacement.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! Email us with your order number and what you’d like instead. We’ll arrange the exchange subject to availability.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Contact us immediately at support@lullpaw.com. We can modify orders that haven’t shipped yet.
