You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund. That gives you plenty of time to see if the product is the right fit for your furry friend.
Return Eligibility
Eligible for Return
- Items in original condition with packaging
- Items that are unused or gently inspected
- Items that are defective or damaged on arrival — even if opened or used
Not Eligible for Return
- Calming sprays, diffuser refills, and liquid products that have been opened or used
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
- Items that show signs of heavy use, pet damage, or misuse
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@lullpaw.com with your order number, the item(s), and the reason for the return
- Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
- Ship the item(s) back using the carrier of your choice
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund
Please do not ship returns without contacting us first.
Return Shipping
- Standard returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Defective or damaged items: We cover the return shipping — or in most cases, you won’t need to return the item at all.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Damaged or Defective Items
- Email us at support@lullpaw.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We’ll send you a free replacement — no need to return the damaged item
Exchanges
Want a different size, color, or product? Email us at support@lullpaw.com with your order number and what you’d like instead. If there’s a price difference, we’ll either charge or refund the difference.
