Yes. Hide the kibble deeper in the fleece folds and use higher difficulty placements (corners, twisted bundles). Smart breeds typically need Difficulty Level 2 to 3 placements to stay engaged for 20+ minutes.
Safe if my dog rips the fleece and swallows a piece?+
Reinforced double-stitched seams and no loose tassels (most cheaper mats have decorative tassels that rip off). Fabric is sniff-safe but always supervise the first few uses. Forage for Life warranty if seams fail within 12 months.
Right for puppies and aggressive chewers?+
