Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when it ships

Delivery times are estimates from the ship date, not the order date. They do not include the 1–3 business day processing period.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders of $49 or more (before taxes). Applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear. If tracking hasn’t updated in 5+ business days, please contact us.
Damaged or Lost in Transit
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged package and product
- Email us at support@lullpaw.com within 7 days of delivery
- We’ll send a free replacement — no need to return the damaged item
If your package appears lost (tracking shows no updates for 10+ business days):
- Check with neighbors and your local post office
- Contact us at support@lullpaw.com with your order number
- We’ll work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can update the address only if the order hasn’t shipped yet.
